What is Christian Stewardship?

Stewardship is a lifestyle choice that recognizes that everything is a gift from God. Jesus consistently taught that our responsibility as his disciples is to recognize that God is the provider of all that we possess and that our call is to be generous givers of our financial resources. A Christian steward contributes his or her time, talent, prayers, and financial resources with a willing and joyful spirit.

Your Gifts Make a Difference

You should know some of the specific ways your gifts of prayer, time, talent, service and witness have been used to educate, comfort, restore, feed, repair, reclaim, renew and replenish a broken and hurting world.

Sometimes the storms that come to us are physical ones and sometimes they are the result of the flawed systems and structures of our culture. As disciples of Jesus, we are called to be healers of body, minds and spirits. When we use our gifts in this way, we make a real difference in the lives of others.

“I will bless you so that through you all the nations of the earth will be blessed.” Genesis 12:1

The church pays a small fee for online transactions. If you would like to add a few dollars to your contribution to help with this fee we will gratefully accept it.  Please note, 100% of your total contribution is applied to your contribution statement, there are no deductions for the online processing.
