SENIOR PASTOR
MARLIN FENN
Marlin came to FUMC, Katy in June of 2003. He has pastored churches in East Texas and the Houston area since the early 1980's. He loves people, spending time with his family, watching sports and playing guitar. His undergraduate degree is in Education Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and taught 5th and 6th grades before entering the ordained ministry. He holds a Master of Theology degree from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University.

PASTOR LANI ROUSSEAU
Youth Pastor Lani Rousseau, has most recently served at Bear Creek United Methodist Church in West Houston. She is a student at Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University. Lani is married to Don and they have two children, Chad and Olivia.

BARRY BARRIOS
DIRECTOR OF MUSIC & FINE ARTS
Barry Barrios is the Director of Music and Fine Arts. He has been involved for over 20 years in many aspects of music and fine arts. Not only church music, but opera, musical theater, choral singing and stage acting. Barry has degrees from Lon Morris College and Southwestern University. He lives in Houston, but loves to make the daily commute to Katy to serve and fulfill God’s call upon his life!

MINISTER TO CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
Pam Cline is the Minister to Children and Families. She has been in ministry to the Methodist Church both lay and clergy since 1984. Pam will graduate from Duke Divinity in July. She also is a graduate of University of South Florida and also attended South Texas College Law and SMU. Pam and her husband, Phil have been married for 25 yrs and have a son and daughter in college.

DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRIES
As Director of Discipleship Ministries, Karen House Morrison is responsible for Christian Education and adult ministries in our church and helped design our Leadership Team. Karen has been with FUMC since 1996. She holds a degree in Political Science, but served the church for 12 years as a Methodist pastor’s wife before her husband’s death. In 1999, she married Al Morrison, also a widower and longtime member of FUMC Katy. Together they have seven children and 11 grandchildren.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE/ACCOUNTING
Robin Nugent is the Director of Finance/Accounting at First United Methodist Church Katy and has been with us since July 2002. She spent seven years working as the assistant to the Financial Director at First Baptist Church of Katy and received her accounting degree in 1996 while working there. ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Delores Sanins has been on staff since March 2006. She assists the Sr. Pastor and supports many areas of the church office, including maintaining membership records, communications, calendar requests, liaises with Trustees with ongoing projects in and around the church and assists with overall daily operations of the church.

DIRECTOR OF LITTLE PEOPLE'S SCHOOL
Dorinda Pool has been on staff at Little People's School for three years. She has been director since January 2006. Dorinda has many years experience in the early childhood field. She and her husband, Billy, have two children. Dorinda welcomes you to come by and see the wonderful program at LPS.

SECRETARY
Robin Giammaruti assists in many areas of the church office, including communications, Music Ministries and Student Ministries. She and her husband Bob are the proud parents of Alex. Since joining FUMC in 1996 Robin has served on and chaired the Children's Committee, chaired the Worship Team, taught at Little People's School, and coordinated Musical Monday Funday. Working with children, Robin felt a real call to help grow the future of FUMC.

RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY Verkis Fermin answers the phone and supports with general front office coverage.
